He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Miller and Lenora Larson Miller; and his siblings, Scott, Paul Miller and Martina Thorman.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Dakin; his daughters, Kay Wyne (John) of Dallas and Sara Settles of Macomb, Illinois; his grandchildren, Blake Wyne (Merriam), Lindsay Henry (Wesley), Lee Settles and Casey Settles; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Peter, Ruthie Henry, Oliver and Charlotte Wyne; and his siblings-in-law, Beth Miller and Lloyd Thorman. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Wesley United Methodist Church, McDonough District Hospital Hospice Program or Wesley Village Retirement Center.
