He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Roth; his daughter Jackie Foxall (Tim) of Macomb, Illinois; his grandchildren, Kayla Brewer and Bria Snowden; his great grandchild Braxton Hall; and his sister Maxine Johnson of Carthage, Illinois..
