He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Poffenberger and Gertrude Poffenberger (Potnack); and his siblings, Eugene Poffenberger and Beverly Alvey. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Koukol; his children, Amy Clayton (Andrew) of Rushville, IL., Brittany Poffenberger of Macomb, Christopher Poffenberger (Hannah) of Macomb and Cody Poffenberger (Charlie) of Rock Island, IL; his grandchildren, Baylen and Braeden Poffenberger; his close friend Shyna Patel; and his brothers, Lamoille Poffenberger of Lanark, IL. and Raymond Poffenberger of Rockford.
