She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward and Naomi Hopkins Spradlin; her spouse Kenneth Stephenson; and her sisters, Maudie Cross and Virginia Stephenson.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Cordill (Rex) of Granger and Robert Stephenson of LaHarpe; her grandson Carl Knaack Jr. (Rebecca) of Galesburg; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa Knaack of Port St and Steven Knaack of Galesburg.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. .
