She was predeceased by: her husband Alexander "Zan" Harris; and her siblings, Elmer Griffith Guy, Josie Allene Torrance, Margaret Meierdierks and Mary Ellen Guy.

She is survived by: her son Robert A. Harris; and her adoptive son Ching-Yuan Hsu of Toronto. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
