He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Laird and Virginia Hunt Laird; his stepfather Herbert Warne; and his brother Dewey Guy. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Booth; his sons, Scott Laird (Shirley) and Chuck Laird (Kim); his stepgranddaughter Becky Quesenberry (Mike); and his stepgreat-grandson Talan Quesenberry.
Military honors will be performed by the Macomb American Legion and Macomb V.F.W. Memorials may be made to the McDonough County Humane Society.
