He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold B. Markley and Gladys Kessler Markley; his wife Linda Eberhard; his son-in-law Rick Mason; and his brothers, Robert and William Markley.
He is survived by: his daughter Christine Mason of Macomb; his grandchildren, Ashley of Macomb, Tara of Macomb, Brittany of Macomb, Adam of Macomb and Tyler of Macomb; and his close friends, Ruth Dennis and Jon Keck. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
