She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Bishop and Eithel Hughes (Williams); her daughter Amy Woolam; and her siblings, Thomas, Bill Hughes, Olive Hodges, Helen Coulter, Alice Welch and Wilma Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband Dick Woolam; her son Tod Woolam of Macomb, Illinois; her grandchildren, Amber and Lance Woolam; and her siblings, Sharon Kay Walters of Coal Valley, Illinois and Robert Hughes of Knoxville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
