He is survived by: his sisters, Judith Lewis of Macomb, IL and Nancy Dobey of Macomb, IL; his niece Sara Semonis (Jeremy) of Normal; his nephews, Shawn Dobey (Penny) of Summerville and Russell Dobey (Laura) of St. Charles; and also, William M. and Minnie McMullen Lewis.
