He was predeceased by: his father Charles Toland. He is survived by: his spouse Lila Jillane Speer; his sons, Brock Bainter (Megan) and Blake Bainter (Griffin); his grandchildren, Bryden, Bryanna, Bingham, Vivienne and Bodhi; his brother Chuck Bainter; his stepsister Debbie Menke; and his mother-in-law Dana Speer.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the Macomb Fire Department or Macomb High School Baseball.
