He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, Brandy Smith-Coy, Libby Johnson (Eric), Shawn Smith and Alison Burrow (Donald); his grandchildren, Justin Coy, Nicolas Burrow and Riley Johnson; his great grandchild Callahan Coy; and his sister Marita Smith.
