She is survived by: her children, LeAnn Winemiller (Donald) and Michael Connell (Myrna); her sister Marge Irving; her grandchildren, Angel Bebout (Steve), Cara Cordy (Jeremy), Loren Winemiller (Nicole) and Michaela Connell (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Austin, Colleen, Zachary, Levi, Carmen, Morgan and Charlotte; and her great great grandchildren, Jayden and Havana.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be made in Joan's name to the Developmental Services Center of Champaign for his great-grandson, Austin Gill.
