It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Perkins (Mahomet, Illinois), born in Magnolia, Kentucky, who passed away on April 11, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Perkins and Theo Perkins (Hutchinson); his wife Adele Carr; his children, Nancy Williams (Marty) of Mahomet and Mike (Carissa) of Urbana; and his grandchildren, Kate O'Herron (Mike), Kelly Drinkwalter (Shannon), Keri Blair (Jason), Miranda Barron (Tucker) and Anne Patterson (Zac). He was also cherished by 11 great-grandchildren.
