She was predeceased by: her sibling James. She is survived by: her spouse Dale; her sons, John (Fran), Scott, Nana, Brittany, Taylor, Alyssa and Carly; her great grandchild Aubree; and her siblings, Robert and Bailey.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made in Carol's name to the American Lung Association or World Eye center Hope wechope.org.
