He was predeceased by: his parent William H. Splinter. He is survived by: his parent Bessie Splinter; his wife Maryln Dilley Splinter; his children, Dawn Steinmann (Steve), Bryan Splinter (Chantel) and Desiree Richards; his grandchildren, Sarah Niermann (Matt), Taylor Steinmann, Zach Sponder (Carley), Teagan, Amelia Splinter, Hayli and Tyler Richards; and his great grandchildren, Emmett, Easton Niermann and Gray Sponder.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either JourneyCare Hospice, Woodstock or Habitat For Humanity.
