He is survived by: his parents, Rudolph Vergen and Teresa Vergen (Jacobs); his wife Kathleen; his children, Jeffrey Vergen (Jennifer) and Christine DeMilio (John); his granddaughter Grace DeMilio; his sisters, Donna Rannochio (John) and Frances Hayes (James); and his sister-in-law Patricia Connolly (late James). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
