He was predeceased by: his parents, David Nickolauson and Helga Nickolauson (Folwick). He is survived by: his spouse Joan Hoff; his grandson Ryan; his daughters, Margie Romani and Janet Schwengel (Kris); his stepchildren, Joan Kathleen Binau (Dan), Linda Simeone (Tom), Pamela Mulholland (Jim) and Douglas Hoff; his siblings, Elaine Hodnefield (Maynard), Darrel Nickolauson (Gloria) and Vernon Nickolauson (Eleanor); and the mother of his children Florence McNeill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and his first wife.
