He is survived by : his wife Ruth Ann France (Kissel); his children, Kay Butts (Rick) of Troy, IL, Ann Stowers (Mark) of Marine, IL and Ronnie France (Dawn) of Marine, IL; his grandchildren, Brian Butts (Brittany), Paula Rapp (David), Lisa Whittington (Paul), Richard Stowers (Danielle) and Katie France (Troy Stuckwisch); his great grandchildren, Emilia, Ava, Ethan and Winston; and his sister Lois France of Indianapolis, IN..

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (1300 Beltline Rd, Collinsville, IL 62234).
