He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. McCabe and Mary E. McCabe (VanDyke); his wife Wanda McCabe; his siblings, Thomas Francis (Zelda), James V., John C. (Thelma), Vincent P. (Loretta), Clarence H. and Daisie L. McCabe; and his siblings' children, Butch, Sam Pat and Barbara McCabe.

He is survived by: his sister-in-law JoAnn McCabe of Marion; and his sibling's children, Deanna Loomer, Nancy Benton, Kent and Michael McCabe.

For those who prefer memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois.
