She was predeceased by: her parents, Herschel Warren and Virginia Lee Milligan (Gee); her brother Chris Milligan; and her sister-in-law Julia Workman (Ken). She is survived by: her husband Dave Totzell of Marion, IL; her sister Candy Long (Mark) of Boerne, TX; her siblings-in-law, Tim Totzell (Terri) of Bethalto, IL, Paul Totzell of Alton, IL and Jan Reppert (Craig) of Arnold, MO; and her nieces and nephews, Josh Toner (Brooke), Matt Toner, Logan Reine (Bianca), Brittani Cooper (Brad), Courtney Lord (Brock), Matt Reppert (Kristen), Andy Reppert (Marney), Ryan Long (Olivia) and Jenny Paynic (Joe). She is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews; and many other extended family members and friends.
