He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Justice and Mary Aileen Justice (Watson); his daughter Diana Baker; and his brothers, Jerry and Gilbert.

He is survived by: his wife Carilee Justice; his children, Mary Thexton, Joyce Justice and David Justice; his grandson Jim Baker (Julie); and his great grandchild Emily Baker.
