He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaseen Jobe and Glenna Jobe (Anderson); his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Jobe; his sons, James Michael "Mike" Jobe and John Daniel "Danny" Jobe; and his sisters, Norma Milburn and Patsy Swinda.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Misty Jobe Riddle; his great grandchildren, Ethan and Hevyn Riddle; and his siblings, Jackie Lynn Jobe of Pinckney and Ruth Sepell of Nashville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
