He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Boyd and Thelma Boyd (Deaton); his former wife Shirley Boyd (Parks); his sister Dorothy; and his nephew Steven.
He is survived by: his son Steven; his wife Alice Boyd (Cauley); his children, Kimberly Steinsultz (Greg) of Goreville and Mark Boyd (Belynda) of Mountain Grove, MO.; and his sisters, Connie Gearhardt of Marion and LaDonna Dryden of Herrin. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to health concerns related to the COVID-19 virus, those attending the service are asked to maintain social distancing guidelines and wear a face mask.
