He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lear and Maxine Lear (Howard); his wife Billee Dean Lear; and his siblings, Lois Krivanko and Gary Lear.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Genevieve McMillan of Decatur. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
