She is survived by: her husband David Foulke; her children, Cindy Fuller (Jim), Barb Slade (Bob Flannigan) and David Foulke II (Angela); her grandchildren, Sarah Laning (Jim), Leslie Gould (Kevin), Erin Schall (Lewie), Maya Fuller, Michael Slade (Katy), Caitlin Slade, Will Foulke and Valerie Foulke; her great grandchildren, Riley, Jorja, Pheebee Gould, Keaton Laning, Oliver, Evelyn Slade, Brooke, Emmie and Lacie Schall; and her sibling's children, Vickie, Paula and Bruce.
