He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cunningham and Maude Cunningham (Damery); his son Jerry Cunningham; his son-in-law Rick Keysear; his siblings, Kenneth, Merle Cunningham and Elizabeth Bowers; his nephews, David and Larry Cunningham; and his mother-in-law Georgia Barley.
He is survived by: his wife Erma Barley; his children, Brian Cunningham (Yvonne) of Maroa, Scott Cunningham (Donna) of Elkhart and Lisa Keysear of Maroa; his grandchildren, Angela Sloan (Nathan) and Thayne Herye; his great grandchildren, Harper and Delaney; and his siblings-in-law, Rita Barley, Junior Barley, Randall Barley and Donnie Barley.
Memorials in Neil's honor may be given to the American Cancer Society.
