He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth L. Dash and Christibel Dash (Harmon); his wife Cynthia "Cindy" C. Christman August; and his brothers, Robert and Tom.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberley Moore (David) of Maroa, IL, Jeffrey Dash of Chicago, IL and Tiffany Sophocleous (Harris) of Columbia, MO; his granddaughter Whitney Moore of Webster Grove, MO; and his sister Linda Voudrie (Ron) of Decatur, IL.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
