He is survived by: his wife Carole Ann Duff of Maroa, IL; his children, Scott Duff (Missy) of Weldon, IL. and Craig Duff (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Clayton (Allie), Drake, Garrett, Jaret and Tyler.
