It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita C. Warner (Maroa, Illinois), born in Humboldt, Tennessee, who passed away on September 27, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Billie Browder and Varion Browder (Brasfield); and her brothers, Charles Browder and Rich Loyd. She is survived by: her husband William Winters; her daughter Nicole Warner of Maroa, IL; her stepdaughter Candace Onofre of Snoqualmie, WA; her grandson Connor Onofre; and her brothers, Connor Onofre and Sheppard.
