He is survived by: his mother Betty Rowan Francis of Terre Haute, IN; his wife Amy Dowden Francis; his children, Jackie Washburn (Brian) of Marshall, IL, Jason Donnelly (Erin) of Mattoon, IL and Joey; his siblings, Katherine Anderson of Terre Haute and Steven Francis (Monica) of Indinapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Kaydance Donnelly, Mya Donnelly, Marley Donnelly Mackenzie Donnelly, Jonah Francis and Everly Francis; and his nieces and nephews, Lacrisha Clinton, Robert Clinton and Michael Gorman.
