He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Justin and Ada M. Burkett Hendrix; his wife Norma J. Tingley; and his sisters, Virginia Challis, Imogene Graff, Wilma Slayton and Rosalee Guyer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jill Strohm of Marshall, IL, Kim Williams (Tony) of Marshall, IL, Tia Arthur (Jim) of Marshall, IL and Melissa English (Steve) of Marshall, IL; his grandchildren, Bryan Strohm (Casey), Kelly Welsh (Brandon), Adam Strohm (Kim), Andy Williams, Abby Boerner (Scott), Ryan Arthur (Meghan), Charlie English, Andy English and Tyler English; and his great grandchildren, Isabel, Anna, Max, Olivia, Ben, Henry, Emery, Susie, Reese, Sam, Ava, Theodore, Ada, Chase, Chasitey, Connor and Brody. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
