She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Neal and Martha E. Moore Beckwith; her husband Fredrick W. Schaefer; her son David; and her siblings, Ann Bickley, Paul Beackwith, John Beckwith and Allen Beckwith.

She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Barth (Kevin) of Marshall and Teri Brashear (Todd) of Marshall; her grandchildren, Jamie Hamlett (Brian), Dustin Kile (Elyse), Tyler Brashear (Amber), Trey Brashear (Bethany) and Tara Low (Skyler); and her siblings, June Dayhoff (Ed) of Columbus, IN and Robert Beckwith (Denise). She is also survived by two great granddaughters, five great grandsons.
