He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Weaver and Clova Campbell Weaver; his wife Sally Jo Redman; and his siblings, Leland Weaver, Marion Weaver, Dorothy Lashbrook, Louise Becker and Don Weaver.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Ann Weaver of Centralia, IL, Cynthia Aussieker (Brad) of Lincoln, IL and Chris Rice (John) of New Baltimore, MI; his grandchildren, Brian Aussieker, Cara Maskell, Jerad Rice and Jeff Rice; and his great grandchildren, Liam Aussieker, Claire Aussieker, Mila Maskel, Marek Maskel and Aayla Aussieker.
