He was predeceased by: his parents, Bradley Withiem and Hallie Withiem; and his wife Nancy Carol Maglone. He is survived by: his daughter Rita Lynn; his son-in-law Trent Wallace of Marshall, IL; his son Brad; his daughter-in-law Ruth Ann Withiem of Effingham, IL; his grandchildren, Chris, Lauren Withiem, Taylor and Lauren Wallace; and his great grandchild Faye Withiem.
