He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren L. Elliott and Maxine Vanarsdalen Elliott; his brothers, Randy Elliott and Richard "Bucky" Elliott; his stepfather Fleek; and his nephew Rodney Stephens.
He is survived by: his wife Shelly Cutright Elliott; his children, Misty McDonald of Avon, IN, Kelly Dudley (Josh) of Marshall, IL, Tiffany Moseley (Adam) of Annapolis, IL, Josh Murphy of Clinton, IN and Jessica Murphy of Marshall, IL; his grandchildren, Will Dudley, Grace Dudley, Chloe Black, Olivia Moseley, Bennett Moseley and Nolyn Murphy; and his sister Roberta "Bertie" Stephens (Martin) of Martinsville, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
