He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, William Hen and Shirley Jean Hays (Hayes); his children, Josh Hays of Marshall, IL and Tamber Black (Chaderick) of Effingham, IL; his grandchildren, Camden Black, R. J. Hays and Liam Black; his siblings, Pat McNeely of Stanford, KY, Mike Hays of Charleston, IL, Dianna Carr (Jeff) of Greenup, IL, Randy Hays of Greenup, IL, Jeff Hays (Cathy) of Kankakee, IL and Robert Hays (Laura) of Martinsville, IL; and his brother-in-law Albert McNeely. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
