He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvis Gaston Kingery and Mary Frances Runyun Kingery; his spouse Sheilda Verniece Graham; and his son Tony Ray Kingery. He is survived by: his children, Mark Kingery (Fern) of Martinsville, IL and Mary Lou Steenbergh (Gunner) of Martinsville, IL. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren.
