He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelsoe Foster II and Helen Hileman; his siblings, David Foster, Walter Foster, Kelsoe Foster III, Pauline Smart and Cindy Adams; and his son-in-law John Terry.
He is survived by: his wife Dot Foster of Maryville; his daughters, Sherry Terry of Glen Carbon and Linda Slama (Marty) of St. Louis, MO; his siblings, Tom O'Reilly (Susan) of Las Vegas, NV and Valerie "Dinky" Smith of Sikeston, MO; his grandchildren, Katie Stein (Paul Sr.) of Donald, Miller, Amanda Mitchell (Shane), Kristen Sahin (Kemal), Kailyn Kloster (Adam) and Nick Slama (Semra); his great grandchildren, Campbell Stein, Paul Stein Jr., Avery Mitchell, Esma Sahin, Haris Sahin and Keely Kloster; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy and Charlie Moore. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Irwin Chapel of Glen Carbon (591 Glen Crossing Rd, Glen Carbon, IL 62034). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Maryville, Calvary Baptist Church of Edwardsville, or Partners for Pets.
