She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodyard Nier and Idell Nier of East St; her brothers, James and Thomas Nier; her parents-in-law, Harold and Nina Williams; and her sister-in-law Janet Perry.
She is survived by: her husband Rev. Harold Williams; her children, Julia Mouser (Tom), Jessica Fritchley (Ryan) and Rev. Joshua Williams (Rachael); and her grandchildren, Molly Watts, Amon, Avery Mouser, Reagan, Riley, Jonah and Jude Fritchley. She is also survived by many aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
