She was predeceased by: her parents, Nubblie Johnson and Treva Johnson; her stepfather Pete Bradshaw; her grandmother Lorene Braswell; her husband James Thomas Price; and her brother William Charles "Billy" Counts.
She is survived by: her sons, James A. Price (Christine) of Aviston, IL and Steven P. Price of Hamel, IL; her adoptive son Chad E. Fife of Hamel, IL; her grandson Alexander J. Price of Highland, IL; and her sibling's children, Michael P. Tomarchio, Monica A. Bradshaw, Misty Bowersox, Tommy Riefer and Melissa Counts.
