She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry and Julia; her former husband Ralph Sawyer, Jr.; and her siblings, Bernard, Henrietta Hilmes and Bernice Dakin.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald D. Alsup; and her children, Linda DeVoss (Wade), Deb Johnson (Kim), Michael Sawyer (Tanya) and Ralph Sawyer III. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and great grandchildren.
