Kristi Colbert Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kristi Colbert in Mason, Illinois, born in Centralia, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 12, 2025 at the age of 51. She was predeceased by: her parents, Terry A. Colbert and Mitzie J. Hicks (Evans); her brother Tom Hicks; her sibling's children, Alexa Dale and Christifer Schulte; and her grandson Creed Michael Boyer.
She is survived by: her fiancé Stacy Taylor of Mason, Illinois; her son Jason Boyer; her daughter-in-law Maria Cristina Sedillo of Central City; her child Britney Boyer (Braxton Wharton) of Central City; her grandchildren, Issac Boyer and Kieran Boyer; her stepgrandsons, Caleb Taylor and Andrew Taylor-Campbell; and her brothers, David Hicks (Sarah) of Centralia and Shanda Myers (James) of Centralia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home (235 N Sycamore St, Centralia, IL 62801). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location.
