He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Monroe and Susie Hale (Winemiller); and his brothers, Bob, Jim, Tom, Dewey and Richard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Haley DiBenedetto (Dylan) and Alexis Hale; and his siblings, Liz Watson (late Jim), Susanne Baugher (late Harold), Larry Hale (Lisa) and Don Hale (late Carrie).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital.
