With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Calantha L. Skytte (McHenry, Illinois), born in Buckhannon, West Virginia, who passed away on January 25, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Gavanus and Beulah Gavanus (Tenney); and her son David. She is survived by: her children, Evan Skytte (Laura) of Crystal Lake and Ilene Reimann; and her siblings, Ed Skytte (Kristi) of Woodstock, IL and Yolanda Finzel of Huntley. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
