He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M. Wheeler, Jr. and Susan E. Wheeler (Nial). He is survived by: his wife Susan Wheeler; his stepdaughter Ashley Muller (David); and his grandchildren, David and Makayla Muller.

In accordance with public gathering restrictions, attendees are expected to wear a mask and observe social distancing.
