She is survived by: her husband Chuck; her daughters, Crystal Cunningham (Sam), Heather Van Paassen (Jason), Mandy Burke, Amber Lorenzen (Jeffrey), Nicole, Blaire and Tabatha Burke; her grandchildren, Dante, Ryan, Alison, Skylar, Jordan, Emma and Bella; her brother Brian Kelly (Connie); her niece Tina Gil (Jose); her nephew Merle Kelly; her mother-in-law Adrienne Burke; and her brother-in-law Michael West.
