Blake of McHenry, Illinois, born in Oak Park, Illinois, who passed away on June 18, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Peisert and Evelyn Peisert (Schmidt); her husband Leonard Blake; and her brother Robert Peisert. She is survived by: her children, Leonard Blake (Sandra) and Linda Hadick (Clifford); her grandchildren, Christopher Hadick, Jon Blake, Leigh Fritts (Thomas), Patricia Hadick, Tim Hadick, Jeff Blake, Catherine Liesch (Chris), Joseph Blake, Michael Hadick (Nicole) and Tess Hadick; and her great grandchildren, Grace, Natalie, Avery, Bennett, Nora, Tripp, Hannah and Milo.
