She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Johnson and Dolores Johnson; her sister Susan G. Corey; her nephew Justin Wudtke; and her parents-in-law, Robert and Hildegarde Michaels.
She is survived by: her husband Scott G. Michaels; her daughters, Jessica Lynn Hurley of McHenry and Ashly Marie Michaels of McHenry; her granddaughter Madelynn Christine Hurley; her siblings-in-law, Jeff Corey (Natalie) of Dundee, Don Wudtke (Sandra), Bruce Baccei (Barbara), Robin Hayes (Danne) and Keith Michaels (Alma); and her nieces and nephews, Kevin Corey (Shannon), Erica (Derrick), Hannah Baum, Bruk (Andrea), Andy Hoagland, Camilla Michaels, Sara, Glen Kolak, Ashley, Liliana, Nicola, Mariela and Eric Kresmery.
