He was predeceased by: his father Bruce Miller; his stepfather Perry Cooley; and his grandparents, Roger and Shirley Groenland. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Miller (Groenland); his wife Jaime Marie Polito; his children, Emilia Ann, Ellie Marie and Shane Michael Miller; his brothers, Brian, Steven Miller and Eric Cooley (Sabrina Lutz); his parents-in-law, Daniel and Emily Polito; and his siblings-in-law, Adam Polito and Melissa Braun (Rick). He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews and many many loving relatives and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the Miller Educational Fund being established for Jason's children at Chase Bank, 4302 W. Elm Street, McHenry, IL 60050.
