Jeremy Alonzo Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeremy Alonzo of McHenry, Illinois, born in Woodstock, Illinois, who passed away on January 1, 2022, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lloyd, Eileen Kulisek and Henrietta Alonzo. He is survived by: his parents, John Alonzo and Diana Alonzo (Kulisek); his children, Danielle, Carly, Jeremy Jr. and Donovan; his former wife Lori Alonzo; and his brothers, John Alonzo (Gabriela) and Josh Alonzo (Dannielle). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
